WELCOME

Welcome to the exciting new exercise concept that is T-BOW®, a multi-functional training and therapy tool.

Next Generation Fitness is delighted to bring this fantastic exercise program to Australia and New Zealand.

This website will show you the many uses of T-BOW® and why it is set to become a huge worldwide exercise phenomenon.

T-BOW® is active all over Europe and is being launched in the USA and Canada.

T-BOW® Australia is currently involved in a number of programs in the community, one of which is a schools program which aims to help our children combat the growing problem of obesity.

The schools program is in operation at Moomba Park Primary School, West Meadows Primary School and Victoria University Secondary College Brimbank and Deer Park campuses.
The physical education teachers at the above schools have all been accredited by T-Bow Australia to implement the program which is circuit based format covering all areas of fitness for 50 mins.  We recommend for the program should be completed twice weekly.   

Get Going - ways to encourage your child to exercise

  • Encourage your child to be active for at least 60 minutes every day- try team sports, or organised activities such as dance or playing outdoor.
  • Make sure it is fun and they enjoy it
  • Involve friends and /or siblings if you can, as children are much more active if they have someone to do it with.
  • Encourage your child to try new activities and offer to help them practise.
  • Get them to show you their new moves or techniques .
  • Be an active role model.
  • Provide sports, games and even circus equipment at home.
  • Bend the “no ball throwing inside” rule to allow play with soft balls.
  • Limit your child’s screen time, particularly when it is still light outside.
